 Our farm is considered a small family farm by today's standards. This allows us to carefully manage every aspect of the operation from when the calf is born until the meat is sold, ensuring a safe quality product.The farm provides a part time job for a local student every year. They learn about responsibility, work ethic, and farming. Our local agricultural business produces a quality product while providing work and support for other businesses through our purchases. Examples are the local co-op, abattoir, feed mill, local farms and service centers. Money is kept in the local community, strengthening our local economy and supporting our local farming community.
